Hatha yoga is the root of Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa and all other techniques.

Hatha involves fundamental work with the physical body of a person. It was developed in ancient India and described in the classic Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

Today, Hatha Yoga is quite diverse in its incarnation. The practice can be fast, strong and dynamic, or soft and smooth, aimed at the static study of asanas. The pace, sequence of postures, rhythm, number of pranayamas and other features of the lesson are determined by each instructor individually.

The main thing is the type of training when a person learns to perfectly control his own body.

Its goal is to learn through physical exercises to pay attention deep into oneself, to concentrate on internal processes, to clear one’s mind of the garbage of fears, routine, despondency, acquired patterns of thinking and judgment, to temper the mind and body. By practicing yoga, we learn to live, feel every moment of life and enjoy it, open the mind of eternity in the present, the universe in ourselves, here and now.
